When we "shrink-wrap" a building, we completely encapsulate or envelop a structure undergoing construction or renovation. We wrap the structure with heavy-duty plastic film or polyethylene, then heat-shrink the film to mold a tight skin over the building. The film then forms a strong barrier between the interior of the structure and its outside environment. This results in total containment, leaving the structure less vulnerable to adverse weather, noise, and space restriction factors.

PCIshrinkWrap^TM Systems are supplied by the Insulation and Specialty Services (ISS) Division of Performance Contracting, Inc., a subsidiary of Performance Contracting Group (PCG). PCI is a specialty contractor serving a wide variety of customers through a nationwide network of offices in the U.S. We are a sole-source supplier and installer of a wide variety of mechanical insulation products and systems. We install firestops and expansion joints; provide soft demolition; and install cold storage thermal and roofing systems. Through another subsidiary - Performance Abatement Services -- we provide asbestos and lead abatement and mold remediation services.
